Consent is not requested for every processing activity. There is no advertising subscription. Analytics requires a separate choice in the privacy panel. No automated decisions about customers have been implemented. Configurator amounts are calculated locally.
How data is collected and where it goes
“Request information” form. It collects your name, service and message, at least a telephone number or email, and optionally your municipality. It is used to answer enquiries, not to contract services or open case files. For service information, the legal basis is requested pre-contractual steps (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other general enquiries and organisational contacts, legitimate interest in answering professional correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)), limited to a response and without advertising. You may object where applicable. We cannot respond without contact details.
Enquiries are sent to EFITECNIC through Hostinger hosting and Google/Gmail email. If you provide a valid email, a confirmation is attempted after the mail server accepts the owner's notification; telephone-only enquiries receive no email confirmation. Your email provider handles receipt. This form does not connect to Google Forms, the portal or a CRM. It installs no cookies or persistent browser storage and adds no analytics tracking. Private server controls use fingerprints, references and states valid for 15 minutes to 2 hours, without storing message content; expired records are cleaned when new requests are processed and are not used after expiry.
Enquiry emails are retained as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where justified liability exists, for the applicable period with appropriate restrictions. They are not intended for indefinite retention or marketing campaigns. The owner must manage deletion of emails and copies; this form does not automatically delete them from the mailbox. The recipients, international transfer information and rights in this policy apply. Do not include identity documents, third-party documents or sensitive data in your message.
Service requests are completed in EFITECNIC's Google Forms. According to the owner, responses currently remain in Forms and are not sent to a CRM. This website cannot verify internal delivery, notifications or copies managed by the owner. The PRO form sends data to EFITECNIC's server to email the request to efitecnic.info@gmail.com and send a confirmation to the applicant. No extra copy is sent to the owner. Submission requires the service to be enabled; otherwise the form says so and does not confirm delivery. Gmail is used over encrypted SMTP; customers do not need to open their email application. Nothing is added to a CRM. The server temporarily retains references, control fingerprints and delivery states to prevent duplicates and abuse, without storing enquiry content in those controls.
Avoid sending identity documents, complete personal documents or sensitive information in an initial enquiry. Data needed for a confirmed assignment will be requested through an appropriate channel. If acting for owners, provide only relevant data and ensure you are authorised to share it. Where data does not come from the individual, its source and processing must be disclosed under GDPR Article 14.
Recipients and providers
EFITECNIC receives the request. Google provides the form and Gmail used by EFITECNIC; the applicant's email provider handles receipt of confirmation. Competent authorities, such as the Generalitat or ICAEN, receive necessary data when the assignment requires an application. The identified hosting provider is Hostinger, Business Web Hosting plan. See the provider's data processing information in its privacy policy. Invoicing is managed with Easor. High-alumina cement tests use CATEB's testing service, which receives the information necessary to identify the sample and issue results. Google provides the form and email services used by EFITECNIC. Their use may involve international data transfers. View applicable terms and Google's published safeguards in its privacy policy. Exclusive hosting within the European Union is not claimed.
Retention
Enquiries are retained while being handled and as needed for justified liabilities; contractual, technical and tax documents are kept according to applicable obligations and liability periods, restricted or blocked where appropriate. No single retention period is set for the entire file.
Requests and correspondence are retained as necessary for their purpose and applicable obligations or liabilities. Deletion of responses, emails and copies must be coordinated; this website does not perform it automatically.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Email the address provided, explain your request and supply only the details needed to identify it. Additional identification will only be requested if reasonable doubts exist. We normally respond within one month; any justified extension will be communicated within that period. You may complain to the AEPD.
Portal and external services
The client portal displays its own privacy information. Requests from this website are not currently added to a CRM. Any future integration will require updated information. Hausum bookings are governed by the information on its platform; they are not received through EFITECNIC's Google Forms.
Google Analytics
Controller: José Luis Blázquez Romero (EFITECNIC). We use Google Analytics for visit and contact-action statistics only if you accept the “Google Analytics” category. The basis is your consent, withdrawable through “Privacy settings” without affecting earlier processing. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or requesting services.
Browser identifiers and technical browsing data are processed. EFITECNIC-defined events do not include names, emails, phone numbers, messages or request references. User-ID and Google signals are not used, and advertising personalisation is disabled. Opening a form does not mean submitting it: a PRO request is counted only when the server confirms completion.
The property is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, resetting the user period on new activity. These periods are not cookie lifetimes and do not determine deletion of aggregated statistical reports.
