Yes. Estate agencies, property managers and property holding companies can request special rates. Use the form and I will send terms based on activity, volume and services. Price and scope are agreed before each assignment is accepted.
How does monthly payment work?
Service grouping, billing frequency and due dates are agreed individually. An information request does not activate payment terms or confirm a contract.
Can you coordinate with the owner?
We can arrange the visit with the agency and the person providing access, as agreed for each property.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the service, documents, access and relevant procedures. We agree the expected schedule before starting.
