Do I need all three certificates?
Not necessarily. We review your property, transaction and existing documents. If you only need one service, you can book it separately.
When will I receive the documents?
We confirm availability and timing for our technical work before booking. The visit, technical certificate and administrative decision are separate stages; we cannot promise deadlines controlled by the authorities.
What does the asbestos service include?
A visual inspection and report of findings and inspection limitations. It does not certify the absence of concealed materials or include laboratory testing or removal.
